Client Advisor - Northpark

Summary

As a Client Advisor at Moncler Northpark, you will serve as a Brand Ambassador delivering exceptional luxury experiences by welcoming clients, building long-term relationships, and supporting store performance goals. The role requires personalized clienteling, strong product knowledge, and active participation in daily store operations and team initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, delivering personalized luxury service consistent with brand standards.
• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and clienteling tools.
• Achieve individual sales goals and key performance indicators such as ADT, UPT, conversion, and repurchase rate.
• Process sales transactions, special orders, omnichannel services, repairs, and after-sales requests accurately.
• Support inventory tasks, stock organization, cycle counts, and maintain visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Follow company policies, loss prevention protocols, and protect confidential client and company information.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of luxury, premium retail, hospitality, or other client-focused experience.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences; experience with international or multilingual clientele preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with a client-centric mindset.
• Proficiency with POS systems, clienteling applications, and basic Microsoft Office; professional presentation and dependable work habits.
