Summary
Serve as a brand ambassador to convey the brand philosophy and deliver an exceptional in-store luxury experience. Drive sales and client loyalty through personalized customer service, relationship building, and product knowledge while maintaining store standards and security.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers providing an excellent in-store experience
- Maintain and develop client relationships through individualized approaches using CRM and digital tools
- Engage in cross selling with departments and maximize sales opportunities to meet individual targets and KPIs
- Stay current on fashion trends and competitor activity
- Demonstrate brand and product knowledge to guide clients
- Handle customer complaints and liaise with line manager when necessary
- Maintain shop floor and visual display standards following operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to store security and prevent product theft
Requirements
- Passion for customer relations and luxury sales
- Experience building long lasting client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem solving ability and curiosity about fashion art and design
- Product category knowledge and passion
- Fluency in English other languages a plus
