- Use in-store and digital tools including text and social media to sell and build customer following
- Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, exchanges and enroll customers in rewards program
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive and welcoming environment
- Keep department organized, clean and customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
Requirements

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
