Client Advisor - Part Time

Summary

Seeking a customer focused Client Advisor to deliver memorable luxury experiences, build lasting client relationships, and use in-house clienteling tools to tailor personalized service. Responsibilities

• Act as brand ambassador to deliver the Louis Vuitton promise to every client.
• Discover client needs and tailor in-store experiences accordingly.
• Build and maintain long term client relationships using clienteling systems.
• Drive personal and team sales performance with a commercial mindset.
• Create memorable experiences that reinforce brand heritage.
• Collaborate with team to support store objectives and operations.
• Participate in training to develop product and service expertise.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in luxury or high end market.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Self driven, curious, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment.
• Commercial and strategic sales mindset.
