Client Advisor - Phipps Plaza

As a Client Advisor at Phipps Plaza, you will play a crucial role in delivering a personalized premium client experience. You will demonstrate expertise with curiosity and humility, connecting with clients to create long-term relationships and turning them into ambassadors for the brand.

• Develop and maintain client relationships by delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
• Partner with boutique and local management to support and participate in events and networking.
• Capture client data for follow-up and relationship building.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while following retail guidelines.
• Handle negotiations and objections with ease.
• Assist and support after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values.
• Communicate passionately about the Maison, demonstrating extensive knowledge of values, codes, and history.
• Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and inventory management.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment.
• General knowledge or interest in timepiece movements.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
• Excellent computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision.
• Self-starter with a team-player approach.
• Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
