Client Advisor

Summary

Serves as a brand ambassador, guiding clients through the brand experience and delivering exceptional luxury customer service. Builds client relationships and supports individual and team sales goals through personalized service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve clients, identify their needs, and provide a memorable in-store experience.
• Capture client information in the CRM and develop lasting relationships through personalized outreach.
• Promote omnichannel engagement, cross-sell across departments, and contribute to sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends, competitors, and products.
• Keep the sales floor and visual displays to company standards, follow stock procedures, and help prevent product theft.
• Collaborate with colleagues and escalate client complaints when needed.

Requirements

• Passion for selling, luxury fashion, art, and design.
• Experience building long-term client relationships and knowledge of the relevant product category.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• English proficiency required; additional languages are an asset.
