Summary

The Sales Associate provides an exceptional client experience as a Versace brand ambassador. The role focuses on achieving sales and client-development targets while building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales and client data capture targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships, provide after-sales service, and follow up on repairs and maintenance.
• Support new client development and create business-driving initiatives, contests, and events.
• Open and close consignments, process returns and exchanges, and advise clients on product fit.
• Partner effectively with clients, peers, and management.

Requirements

• At least two years of retail experience; luxury experience preferred.
• Understanding of specialty retail and effective clienteling.
• Computer skills, including point-of-sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with an outgoing, energetic, sales-focused approach.
