Job Description

Summary

As a Client Advisor at Rodeo Drive, you will play a crucial role in achieving individual and store sales targets while providing exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding a client book and promoting store events to enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
  • Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales and transaction value.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Capture and manage customer information for database entry.
  • Promote store events through various communication channels.
  • Maintain and expand a client book with consistent follow-up.
  • Assist with general housekeeping and store maintenance.
  • Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
  • Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn various software packages.
  • Strong client book and passion for luxury products.
  • Service-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.
