Summary
The Client Advisor is a Brand Ambassador who delivers exceptional client experiences and represents the Brand values. Reporting to a Client Advisor Manager or Store Manager Director, this role cultivates client relationships, drives sales and supports store functions including visual merchandising and training as needed.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide exceptional client experience in line with brand standards
- Develop and cultivate long lasting client relationships and manage clientele proactively
- Drive business and exceed sales goals and key KPIs such as ADT and UPT
- Analyze personal KPI performance and adjust sales approach to improve results
- Support inventory preparation execution and follow up on customer charge sends repairs and holds
- Support and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with store leadership to adhere to company policies and procedures
- Learn and master brand and product knowledge
- Perform team duties and participate in store activities to meet objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience preferably in a luxury environment
- In lieu of retail experience hospitality or other client oriented service roles acceptable
- Team oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively in English
- Dependable punctual and flexible with ability to perform varied duties as requested
- Passion for fashion and interest in luxury goods
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Word Excel and Outlook
- Additional language skills such as Spanish Mandarin or Cantonese preferred
