Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling guidance and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use text and social media tools to engage customers and grow following
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising and price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready and perform light cleaning
• Open new customer accounts in the rewards program
• Work flexible hours and adapt schedule based on business needs
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as required
