Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, styling, and exceptional customer service both in-store and using digital tools. This onsite role uses technology and omni channel inventory to drive sales and provide personalized styling for clients. The role reports to the Sales Manager and focuses on achieving individual sales and conversion goals.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through elevated selling and personal engagement
• Provide expert styling and product knowledge for men's designer apparel and accessories
• Use digital tools social media and store technology to outreach and sell to clients
• Sell using omni channel and fleetwide inventory and service both in person and remote clients
• Achieve personal sales client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize and grow individual business through outreach and technology usage
• Create a positive collaborative work environment with team members
• Report performance and activities to the Sales Manager

Requirements

• Experience in fashion styling or fashion retail preferably with men's designer apparel
• Commission sales experience and motivation to meet sales goals
• Comfortable using technology and digital selling tools
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
• Strong client service and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite at the specified location
