Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring and recommending appropriate sizes and styles.
- Deliver personalized service and honest fit guidance to build lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels including text and social media.
- Collaborate with team on merchandising tasks such as restocking and price markdowns.
- Maintain a customer ready department through light cleaning and organizing.
- Use networking and technology to drive sales and follow up with customers.
- Participate in training to stay updated on fashion and product knowledge.

- Flexible availability to work schedules based on business needs.
- Ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours including bending reaching and lifting.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and frequently up to 25 pounds occasionally up to 50 pounds for stock tasks.
