Deliver exceptional client experience while achieving individual and store sales goals at the Santa Clara Valley Fair boutique. Support merchandising, shop floor maintenance, and operational excellence to drive sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable service and act as a brand ambassador
• Tailor the client experience and execute the sales ceremony
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through outreach and clientele tools
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and communicate brand heritage
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and support commission initiatives
• Support merchandising and visual presentation standards on the shop floor
• Maintain shop floor organization and operational excellence

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with women’s and men’s ready to wear
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and manage a client portfolio
• Knowledge of luxury retail sales processes and visual merchandising
