Summary
Serve as a brand ambassador in the Mall at Short Hills delivering world class customer service, meeting sales goals and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting store operations and visual standards.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and key performance indicators through client outreach and appointments
- Utilize client journey and selling techniques including cross-selling and upselling to maximize transactions
- Develop and maintain client profiles and nurture client relationships
- Maintain product knowledge across collections through ongoing training
- Assist with store opening and closing tasks including cycle counts and light cleaning
- Support visual standards including merchandise presentation and signage maintenance
- Participate in in-store events and promote new collection deliveries
- Work assigned shifts including closings, Saturdays, Sundays, inventory and holiday season
- Comply with company policies and foster a respectful work environment
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in luxury
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Polished professional appearance and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Availability for required weekend and closing shifts and holiday season
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly
- Luxury retail experience preferred
