Client Advisor - Short Hills

As a Client Advisor at IWC Short Hills, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience and achieving personal and boutique sales targets. You will act as an ambassador of IWC, ensuring client satisfaction and representing the brand both inside and outside the boutique.

• Host clients and provide personalized customer experiences.
• Sell watches, accessories, and services, exceeding turnover targets.
• Create sales opportunities and recruit prospects and clients.
• Develop and maintain strong personal relationships with clients.
• Manage client database and clienteling activities.
• Handle customer service requests and processes.
• Maintain knowledge of IWC's history, products, and the luxury industry.
• Organize and execute operational tasks with attention to detail.
• Maintain boutique according to visual merchandising standards.
• Support the boutique team and participate in boutique administration.

• 3-5 years of experience in sales or hospitality.
• Fluent in English and comfortable with video chat software.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Result-oriented, driven, and able to work independently.
• High emotional intelligence and understanding of luxury experience.
• Creative, curious, and versatile with strong interpersonal skills.
