Summary
Serve as an ambassador of the Brand delivering exceptional in-store experiences to maximize sales and foster long-term client loyalty. Use product and brand knowledge alongside CRM and digital tools to guide clients and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers, ensuring excellent in-store experiences.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through individualized approaches and CRM tools.
- Engage in cross selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and competitor activity.
- Demonstrate thorough brand and product knowledge when advising clients.
- Handle customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain shop floor standards and visual displays according to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to store security and prevention of product theft.
Requirements
- Proven experience building long-lasting client relationships.
- Passion for sales and strong human relations skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Strong product category knowledge and passion.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
