Client Advisor - Soho

Seeking an experienced retail Client Advisor for a Soho boutique to drive sales, expand and maintain a client book, and deliver exceptional luxury service. The role requires strong product knowledge, sales focus, and the ability to support store operations and events. This position involves a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction value
• Capture and maintain client information in the database
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book with consistent follow up
• Assist with shipping, alterations, and client issue resolution
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested
• Assist in general housekeeping and maintain store image

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a focus on sales
• Experience in a luxury retail setting preferred
• Business school, university, or equivalent experience
• Computer literate and able to learn various software packages
• Client book holders strongly preferred
• Service oriented with strong customer focus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Foreign language skills a plus
