Client Advisor - Soho

As a Client Advisor at Celine's Soho boutique in New York, you will play a crucial role in achieving individual and store sales targets. You will utilize your product knowledge to maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction in a luxury retail environment.

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Capture and maintain customer information in the database.
• Promote store events through various communication channels.
• Maintain and expand a client book with consistent follow-ups.
• Assist in general housekeeping and store maintenance.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
• Business School, University, or equivalent experience.
• Computer literate with the ability to learn various software packages.
• Strong client book preferred.
• Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
