Summary
Provide exceptional luxury retail customer service as a Client Advisor in the Soho neighborhood, driving sales and maintaining client relationships while upholding store standards and brand presentation.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed store category and individual sales goals and KPIs
- Build and maintain client books and follow up on client inquiries and special requests
- Use POS system accurately and maintain customer database
- Participate in stocking, store maintenance, opening and closing duties
- Assist with repairs, special orders, returns and other customer service tasks
- Support visual merchandising standards under direction from VM and management
- Participate in training of new Client Advisors and attend team meetings
- Adhere to loss prevention standards and store policies
- Maintain professional appearance and follow brand dress code
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail experience
- Sales driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Product knowledge of ready-to-wear is a plus
- Computer literacy and proficiency with POS and CRM systems
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
- Mandarin language skills are a plus
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Professional presentation and grooming
