Client Advisor - Soho

Summary

The Client Advisor provides exceptional customer service to meet sales goals and maintain client relationships for a luxury fashion store in Soho. This role involves using POS systems, building client books, supporting store operations, and representing the brand with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all Client Advisor KPIs and CRM requirements
• Meet or exceed store category and individual sales goals
• Build and maintain client books and handle client correspondence
• Assist with customer requests including repairs special orders and returns
• Perform stocking restocking and regular store maintenance tasks
• Use POS system accurately and update customer database
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code and grooming standards
• Assist with opening closing the store and participate in team meetings
• Support visual merchandising with direction from VM and management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years luxury retail experience
• Sales driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Retail ready to wear experience is a plus
• Mandarin language skills are a plus
• Computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
• Team player with a proactive attitude
