Summary
The Client Advisor is responsible for generating sales through exceptional client relations and product knowledge while representing the brand at the Soho flagship. This role focuses on delivering high quality customer service, cultivating and maintaining a client book, and supporting store sales and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to store targets
- Educate clients on company history and current product knowledge
- Maintain and cultivate an active client book for new and existing relationships
- Support team members to meet store sales objectives
- Present a friendly and professional demeanor to customers
- Follow up promptly on client purchases, repairs, and inquiries
- Operate store POS, open and close register, and process payments and returns
- Conduct inventory counts and follow loss prevention policies
- Maintain merchandising standards and store readiness
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Luxury sales experience preferred
- Experience developing and prospecting client relationships with an established client book ideal
- Professional presentation and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work as a team player
- Knowledge of fashion and design trends and interest in travel
- Ability to work varied hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly
