Client Advisor - Soho Flagship

Summary

The Client Advisor is responsible for generating sales through exceptional client relations and product knowledge while representing the brand at the Soho flagship. The role focuses on cultivating and maintaining client relationships, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting store operations to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales goals
• Educate clients on company history and product knowledge
• Maintain and cultivate an active client book
• Support team members to meet store sales goals
• Provide friendly and professional customer service and follow up on purchases and inquiries
• Operate store POS, open and close registers, and process payments and returns
• Conduct inventory counts and follow loss prevention policies
• Maintain store merchandising standards and housekeeping
• Work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Luxury sales experience preferred
• Experience developing and prospecting clients with an established client book ideal
• Professional presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive team-player attitude
• Knowledge of fashion and design trends and interest in travel
• Ability to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly
