Serve as a brand ambassador delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience, drive individual and team sales, and build long-term client relationships through personalized service and CRM engagement. Represent brand values while maintaining shop standards and contributing to a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment and provide excellent in-store service following the client journey ceremony
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to develop personalized relationships
- Promote omnichannel engagement and proactively cross sell across departments
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent customer experience and positive workplace communication
- Maintain up-to-date brand and product knowledge and track fashion trends and competitors
- Handle customer complaints appropriately, liaising with line manager when needed
- Ensure shop floor and visual display meet company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to loss prevention and maintain a high level of security
Requirements
- Passion for selling and retail store experience
- Interest in luxury fashion, art and design
- Experience building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambition, resilience, self-motivation and result driven mindset
- Product category knowledge and passion
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus
