The Client Advisor acts as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience while maximizing individual and team sales. This role focuses on discovering client needs, building lasting relationships, and fostering brand loyalty through personalized service and product expertise. The advisor supports an omni-channel approach and contributes to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and deliver excellence in-store following the client journey ceremony.
• Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to develop personalized relationships and future opportunities.
• Embrace and promote an omni-channel mindset and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Proactively cross-sell, maximize sales opportunities, and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain up-to-date product and market knowledge and handle customer complaints appropriately.
• Ensure high standards of shop floor presentation, visual displays, stock procedures, and contribute to loss prevention.

Requirements

• Passion for selling and working in a store environment with interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
• Proven experience building long-lasting client relationships and delivering personalized service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, result orientation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Product passion and knowledge; fluent English required, additional languages a plus.
