Summary
Performance-driven luxury retail sales professional responsible for achieving boutique sales targets through clienteling, omnichannel engagement, and exceptional in-store experiences. Acts as a brand ambassador, develops lasting client relationships, supports store operations, and contributes to merchandising and events at the South Coast Plaza boutique.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales KPIs through proactive selling and client outreach
- Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships via appointments and personalized communication
- Support colleagues and collaborate with the boutique team to meet sales objectives
- Execute omnichannel sales strategies and leverage all client touchpoints
- Contribute to visual merchandising, window animation, and product presentation
- Coordinate aftersales operations and follow through until return of product
- Perform daily retail processes including inventory, cash handling, store opening and closing
- Use retail systems and tools such as CEGID and Salesforce for clienteling and operations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail
- Knowledge of watches, brand history, collections, and retail procedures
- Strong selling skills including discovery, presentation, upselling, and closing
- Fluent in English and local language; additional languages are a plus
- Digitally savvy with experience using clienteling and sales tools
- Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, adaptable, and a team player
