As a Client Advisor Stylist at our Madison location, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and driving sales at our NY Saks Handbag Boutique. You will create memorable experiences for clients by providing personalized styling and fostering long-term relationships.

• Master the Client Journey to build strong client relationships and deliver the Valentino Couture Service impeccably.
• Engage proactively with existing and potential clients, implementing personalized reach-out campaigns.
• Capture client data and maintain detailed notes on client preferences and interactions.
• Stay informed about current fashion trends and curate looks for clients.
• Assist with sales and after-sales activities, ensuring product maintenance and replenishment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless store operations and uphold presentation standards.
• Utilize the POS system for client transactions and support operational tasks as needed.

• Previous luxury retail sales experience with a focus on clientele building.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in operating retail POS systems and MS Office programs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
