Summary
Luxury retail role delivering personalized styling and client advisory services at the Valley Fair boutique. Drive sales and long term client relationships through expert product knowledge, clienteling using CRM tools, and delivering high quality customer experiences in line with brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain strong long term client relationships and proactively engage existing and potential clients
- Deliver couture level service through all phases of the client journey including preparation, presentation, closing and follow up
- Use CRM tools to capture client data, execute personalized outreach campaigns and meet CRM targets
- Provide styling guidance across brand categories and stay current on fashion trends and new arrivals
- Assist with sales and after sales activities including returns, repairs and customer issues
- Maintain product presentation and replenish merchandise on the sales floor
- Support day to day store operations and liaise with Visual team to follow display guidelines
- Operate POS for client transactions and participate in shipping and receiving when needed
Requirements
- Previous luxury retail sales experience with clientele focus
- Proven track record of achieving sales results and KPIs
- Strong clienteling and relationship building skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy including POS and MS Office
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Action oriented with a drive for results and problem solving ability
- Team player; foreign languages a plus
