Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and support stock control processes
• Maintain store facility systems and ensure operational efficiency
• Manage financial tasks and adhere to store policies and procedures
• Maintain daily calendar of client appointments and in store events
• Provide exceptional client services and care according to brand standards
• Advise clients across product categories and build long term relationships
• Leverage clienteling tools to develop and retain clientele
• Support the Client Experience team and collaborate with store colleagues
• Proactively achieve individual and team sales and service objectives
