Summary
Performance-driven salesperson responsible for achieving sales targets and delivering memorable in-store experiences while representing the brand. Acts as a client development specialist to build long-lasting relationships and leverages omnichannel tools and data to grow the business. Contributes to operations excellence by following retail procedures and supporting daily boutique processes.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and clienteling
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through outreaches and appointments
- Use CRM and digital tools to collect qualitative client data and personalize communications
- Support merchandising, events, and product mix initiatives to grow sales
- Contribute to daily store operations including inventory, cash, security, opening and closing
- Coordinate aftersales processes until product return and follow brand procedures
- Apply visual merchandising and window animation guidelines to present products
- Collaborate with team members and support a positive inclusive work environment
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and proper use of retail systems
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury retail
- Knowledge or passion for watches, lifestyle trends, and technology
- Fluent in English and local language; additional language is a plus
- Strong selling skills including discovery, presentation, upselling, and closing
- Understanding of sales KPIs such as traffic, conversion, volume, value, and ASP
- Familiarity with clienteling and CRM tools and digital retail systems
- Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented with strong presentation skills
