Client Advisor - The Domain

Summary

The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional luxury experiences on the sales floor, representing Moncler’s values and client promise. They build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized service and proactive clienteling while contributing to store and individual sales goals. This role supports daily store operations, visual standards, and the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client and deliver a personalized, high-end retail experience.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through outreach and use of approved clienteling tools.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators such as ADT, UPT, conversion, and repurchase rate.
• Process sales transactions and omnichannel services; handle special orders, repairs, charge sends, and after-sales requests.
• Support inventory tasks, stock organization, cycle counts, visual merchandising, and daily store operations.
• Participate in team initiatives, training, and uphold grooming, loss prevention, and company operational standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, or other client-focused experience.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Professional presentation, dependable, adaptable, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable using POS systems, clienteling applications, Microsoft Office, and mobile communication tools; bilingual or multilingual skills preferred.
