Client Advisor

Summary

Deliver an elevated client experience by embodying the brand and creating memorable moments in every interaction. Develop and deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Use clienteling and an entrepreneurial approach to grow your personal business and deliver repeat revenue.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand in all client interactions using the Tiffany touch to create exceptional experiences.
• Achieve or exceed store commercial targets and drive business through repeat client sales and key product pillars.
• Cultivate new and existing client relationships, capture client data, and leverage clienteling to grow outreach business.
• Convert clients through curiosity and discovery, and deliver elevated in-store appointments and styling.
• Optimize hospitality and store amenities, act on NPS feedback, and continually enhance the in-store experience.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results and meeting sales targets.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with point of sale (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Desired: college/university degree and proficiency in multiple languages.
