Build and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and commercial results. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and personalized service.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
• Capture and maintain accurate client data using POS and clienteling systems.
• Convert clients through discovery, styling, and elevated appointment experiences.
• Drive repeat business and grow sales through key product pillars and targeted client development.
• Execute hospitality best practices and act on NPS and client feedback to enhance the in-store experience.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing roles such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to connect with diverse clients and deliver exceptional client service.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Desired: college degree and proficiency in multiple languages.
