Client Advisor

Summary

Provide exceptional luxury retail service as a brand ambassador, building client relationships and delivering elevated in-store experiences to drive loyalty and sales. Use strong communication and entrepreneurial skills to meet commercial targets and cultivate repeat business while embodying brand values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver memorable client experiences using the brand selling approach.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and capture client data.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Drive repeat business and convert clients through discovery and styling.
• Execute hospitality and store amenities to enhance the in-store experience.
• Leverage client feedback and NPS program behaviors to improve service.
• Use POS and client tracking systems during sales interactions.

Requirements

• Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client service experience.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
• Ability to connect with diverse clients and provide personalized service.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Outlook or email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• College degree and multilingual skills preferred.
