Client Advisor

Summary

As a Client Advisor you will represent the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering exceptional, personalized service and creating memorable in-store experiences. You will build and maintain client relationships, drive sales through clienteling and appointments, and contribute to achieving store commercial targets. The role requires strong communication, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for luxury retail.

Responsibilities

• Embody the Tiffany brand and deliver the Tiffany Experience to every client
• Develop client relationships, capture client data, and cultivate repeat business
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Drive business through clienteling, appointments, and product knowledge
• Enhance the in-store experience through hospitality, styling, and personalized service

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles such as hospitality
• Proven track record in achieving commercial results
• Ability to connect with clients and deliver elevated client experiences
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook
• Authorization to work in the United States
• College degree and proficiency in multiple languages preferred
