Client Advisor

Summary

Deliver the Tiffany Experience by acting as a brand ambassador and creating memorable, elevated moments for every client. Build and deepen client relationships through proactive clienteling to drive repeat business and consistently meet or exceed store commercial targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized service using the Tiffany touch during every client interaction and appointment.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to grow outreach business and drive lifetime value.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Capture and maintain accurate client data and leverage client feedback and NPS insights to elevate experiences.
• Convert clients through discovery and styling, promoting key product pillars and repeat sales.
• Support hospitality and store amenities to create unique in-store experiences.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles with a proven track record of commercial results.
• Ability to connect with clients, build trust, and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base and deliver consistent brand-aligned service.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
