Responsibilities
- Embody the brand in every client interaction and deliver the branded client experience.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data using POS and client tracking systems.
- Conduct client appointments with personalized styling and product knowledge.
- Use curiosity and discovery to convert prospects into clients.
- Optimize in-store hospitality and amenities to create unique experiences.
- Act on client feedback and NPS insights to improve service.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial sales results.
- Ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse client base.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with point of sale systems, client tracking tools, and email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- College degree and multilingual skills preferred.
