Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Create a welcoming guest ready environment on the sales floor
• Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
• Engage in clienteling to drive repeat business
• Capture and maintain client data and follow up on inquiries
• Support store organization including sales floor and stockroom
• Collaborate and communicate with colleagues and management
• Adhere to company policies and retail procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail sales or customer service
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Comfort with point of sale systems and basic computer skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
