Summary

The Retail Salesperson delivers styling-forward customer service on the sales floor and through digital channels, using selling tools like text and social media to build and grow a customer following. This role focuses on meeting sales goals, maintaining department presentation, and supporting customers on their terms with confident style and fit guidance.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open rewards accounts
• Provide honest, confident styling and fit recommendations
• Use technology and social media to grow customer engagement and sales
• Maintain department readiness: fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and self-motivated
• Goal-oriented with strong organization, follow-through, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Interest and aptitude for using networking and technology to meet sales targets
• Flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability for continuous movement (6–8 hours per shift) and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
