The Retail Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling, responsible for cultivating and growing a customer following both digitally and in-store. This role focuses on meeting sales goals through personalized service, styling advice, and effective use of selling tools such as text and social media. The position requires flexibility to work varied schedules and occasionally support other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools, text, and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow clientele
• Provide confident, honest feedback on style and fit and deliver excellent customer service
• Support department tasks including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Open customer rewards accounts and use networking and technology to drive sales
• Work collaboratively with the team and be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and excel in a fast-paced team environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
