Summary

The Lingerie Salesperson delivers personalized fit and styling expertise, focusing on bra fittings and creating confidence-driven customer experiences. This role builds lasting relationships through in-store and digital interactions while using Nordstrom tools to meet sales goals and support the department. Training on bra fitting and product knowledge is provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room, measure for size, and provide fit and style guidance.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up using text and social media.
• Achieve individual and department sales goals through in-store and digital selling.
• Maintain a customer-ready department by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and performing price markdowns.
• Participate in team collaboration and trainings to stay current on product knowledge.
• Perform light cleaning and general upkeep of the selling floor and fitting areas.

• Organized with strong follow-through and a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Physical ability to be on feet and move continuously for 6-8 hours, including frequent bending, reaching, and squatting.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
