Summary

Salesperson focused on accessories who cultivates customer relationships both in-store and digitally, meets sales goals, and supports department presentation and operations. The role requires using selling tools including texting and social media, opening new rewards accounts, and occasionally assisting in other departments as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and provide confident, honest style and fit recommendations
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, pricing markdowns, and light cleaning
• Enroll customers in the Nordstrom Rewards program and grow customer following
• Work a flexible schedule and be prepared to perform duties in other departments when needed

• Flexible availability based on business needs
• Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours, frequently bend, reach, lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
