Summary
Deliver an elevated client experience representing the brand in every interaction, develop and deepen client relationships, and drive sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while collaborating with central and local teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-store client service using brand standards and personalized touches.
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
- Achieve or exceed store commercial targets consistently.
- Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems.
- Convert clients through discovery and curiosity during appointments.
- Drive business through key product pillars and innovative outreach.
- Execute hospitality and store amenities to create memorable client experiences.
- Adapt schedule to work non traditional hours including nights weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Experience in retail luxury retail or relevant client related roles such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial sales results.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base and deliver personalized experiences.
- Proficiency with POS client tracking systems and email applications.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Flexibility to work non traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
- Preferred college degree and proficiency in multiple languages.
