Client Advisor

Summary

Deliver the Tiffany Experience by embodying the brand and creating memorable client interactions. Develop and deepen client relationships through clienteling to drive repeat business and achieve store commercial targets. Serve as a brand ambassador with an entrepreneurial spirit and a focus on exceptional service and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and sales growth.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
• Capture and manage client data using POS and client tracking systems; cultivate outreach and repeat business.
• Convert clients through discovery, deliver elevated client experiences and drive business through key product pillars.
• Execute hospitality and store amenities, act on NPS feedback, and create memorable in-store moments.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing roles such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results and the ability to connect with clients.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base and proficiency with POS, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States; college degree and multilingual proficiency preferred.
