The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador responsible for achieving sales objectives by deepening client connections through best-in-class service and creating elevated and personalized experiences both in-store and remotely.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage clients to build strong relationships and deliver personalized experiences.
- Develop client base by recruiting new clients and nurturing existing ones.
- Drive individual and store sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities.
- Provide product knowledge and styling advice to guide client purchasing decisions.
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create additional selling opportunities.
- Use in-store technology to ensure smooth and relevant client experiences.
- Participate in store operations including stock maintenance and inventories.
- Adhere to loss prevention policies and accurately process POS transactions.
- Maintain visual display standards and grooming guidelines.
Requirements
- 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record.
- Strong ability to build lasting client relationships and exceed sales targets.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Deep knowledge of fashion and luxury with strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
