Client Advisor - Tysons Galleria

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury retail experiences at the Tysons Galleria store by building lasting client relationships, advising across product categories, and using clienteling tools to drive sales. Position is available Full Time or Part Time and values language skills such as Mandarin or Korean. The role requires a customer focused approach, strong commercial mindset, and eagerness to learn within a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and goals
• Learn and master brand and product knowledge
• Advise clients across all product categories
• Develop and maintain long term relationships using in house clienteling tools
• Deliver personalized service and tailored client experiences
• Act as an ambassador of the brand and uphold service standards
• Collaborate with team to drive store performance

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, preferably in high end or luxury market
• Strong customer centric background and interpersonal skills
• Commercial and sales driven mindset
• Willingness to learn and develop within luxury retail
• Fluency in Mandarin or Korean highly desirable
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and form meaningful client relationships
