Summary

Seasonal Retail Associate supporting the selling team during peak holiday periods to enhance client experiences across store entrances and departments. Role focuses on customer service, point of sale transactions, supporting pickups and fitting room experiences, and introducing store services to clients.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly at store entrances and within departments and transition to appropriate associates
• Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs
• Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently as needed
• Handle escalated issues by connecting customers with management
• Support Buy Online Pickup In Store and curbside pickup operations
• Assist with alterations pickups and related customer needs
• Partner to support fitting room experiences when required
• Promote store services such as alterations, personalization, food or beverage, and package carry-out or delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles with ability to sell products and services
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Ability to handle customer escalations and follow up on requests
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
