Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend appropriate products
• Engage customers in person and digitally to drive sales and build a customer following
• Book appointments and promote in store beauty events and services
• Use selling tools including text and social media to achieve sales targets
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges while opening new rewards accounts
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming inclusive environment
• Keep the department organized clean and customer ready
• Attend trainings provided by the retailer and brand partners to maintain product knowledge
