Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to address customer beauty goals
- Recommend products and upsell to maximize sales for in-store and digital channels
- Book appointments and promote in-store beauty events and services
- Use text and social media to engage customers and drive digital selling
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Open new customer rewards accounts to build loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming environment
- Keep department organized and customer-ready through cleanliness and merchandising
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
