Senior Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales performance within the boutique. Role focuses on clientelling, achieving sales KPIs, supporting daily store operations, and fostering long term client relationships while representing the brand professionally.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and provide exceptional client service
• Meet and exceed sales targets daily, monthly, and yearly
• Capture client data and maintain client relationships through after sales service
• Support new client acquisition and retention efforts
• Perform daily operations including opening and closing registers and visual maintenance
• Maintain inventory operations and process returns exchanges and consignments
• Follow policies procedures and use proper tools and equipment
• Develop business driving initiatives contests and events
• Coach and train sales team members

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of retail experience
• Full understanding of specialty retail with proven clientelling track record
• Ability to thrive in a high paced retail environment
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage daily responsibilities
• Excellent communication and ability to build partnerships with clients peers and management
• Sales focused entrepreneurial personality
