Responsibilities
- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients to deliver personalized experiences.
- Drive individual and store sales results through effective selling techniques and KPI monitoring.
- Recruit new clients and develop existing client base including promoting virtual appointments and distance sales.
- Use product knowledge and storytelling to advise clients and provide styling recommendations.
- Accurately process POS transactions and capture client information.
- Participate in store operations including stock maintenance and inventories.
- Uphold visual display and grooming standards according to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive store environment.
- Adapt to retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of luxury fashion sales or related customer service experience.
- Proven ability to drive sales and build lasting client relationships.
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness.
- High degree of professionalism integrity and ethics.
