Responsibilities- Meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives to contribute to business growth.
- Provide outstanding, personalized customer service and build meaningful relationships.
- Exceed individual KPI targets with top-tier customer service.
- Utilize CRM tools for personalized client engagement.
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues.
- Ensure organized sales floor and stockroom per company policy.
- Contribute to visual presentation of products adhering to LOEWE’s standards.
- Uphold LOEWE’s image standards and guidelines.
- Record customer information accurately in the database.
- Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Maintain an organized client book and provide prompt follow-up.
- Address client-related issues including shipping and alterations.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Liaison with Visual Merchandising team to follow global VM guidelines.
- Provide coaching and training to ensure consistent product knowledge and visual execution.
- Adapt VM based on store requirements and market trends.
- Support instore events, windows, special projects, and installations.
- Biweekly reporting to line manager and VM team.
Requirements- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Experience in crafting windows, interior displays, and space utilization.
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets and building relationships.
- Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser.
- Willingness to work nights and overnights.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to collaborate.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- High adaptability to different customer needs.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language knowledge a plus but not required.
